Refund policy

Unused, unopened items are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase and with a receipt. No exchanges or credit will be issued without the original receipt.
Unsealed items are not subject to exchange or credit. This includes any sealing on books, tarot and oracle decks, candles and oils. Tarot and oracle decks that include a manufacturer error are eligible for exchange or credit as long as an original receipt is provided within 14 days of purchase.
All herbs, personal care (including soap), and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Independent and limited-edition tarot and oracle decks are limited to two (2) copies per person.

There are no refunds or exchanges for online orders.
We do not ship items without tracking numbers. Calling Corners is not responsible for lost or stolen items once a package has shipped. Any online order with a tracking number that shows as delivered by the courier service is not subject to refund or resend.
