Return/Exchange Policy
In Store:
- Unused, unopened items are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase and with a receipt. No exchanges or credit will be issued without original receipt.
- Unsealed items are not subject to exchange or credit. This includes any sealing on books, tarot and oracle decks*, candles, and oils.
- All herbs, personal care (including soap), and sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Independent and limited-edition tarot and oracle decks are limited to two (2) copies per person.
*An exception will be made to tarot and oracle decks that include a manufacturer error as long as a receipt within 14 days is also presented.
Mail Order:
- There are no refunds or exchanges on mail orders.
- We do not ship items without a tracking number. Calling Corners is not responsible for items lost or stolen packages once shipped. Any mail order with a tracking number reading as DELIVERED on Canada Post (or relevant courier service) website is NOT subject to refund or resend.
Readings Policy
24 Hours Notice is Required for reading cancellation. A Cancellation less than 24 hours requires a non-refundable $10 deposit for a second booking.
Store gift certificates cannot be used for readings.
