Known by many names throughout historical representation and folklore the Green Man is known as an ancient symbol of prosperity, the cycle of life and that which is untamable in nature.

To many they are the Spring/Summer representation of the Horned God, or Herne of The Hunt. To others the foliate face can represent the wilder aspects of nature and the unstoppable growth that builds momentum after the Winter Solstice.
