Return/Exchange Policy

In Store:

Unused, unopened items are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase and with a receipt. No exchanges or credit will be issued without original receipt. Unsealed items are not subject to exchange or credit. This includes any sealing on books, cards, candles, and oils.

All herbs, and personal care (including soap), and sale items are FINAL SALE.


Mail Order:

There are no refunds or exchanges on mail orders.


Readings Policy

24 Hours Notice is Required for reading cancellation. A Cancellation less than 24 hours, or a no-show on more than one booking, requires a non-refundable $10 deposit for a second booking.

Store gift certificates cannot be used for readings.


Workshop Terms & Conditions

Payment in full is required upon registration -or- later payment will be accepted 24 hours before workshop date.


Advanced cancellation notice of 24 hours is required for workshop refund. Refund expires 1 week after class date.


Should the shop need to cancel the workshop or event, you will be notified by the contact information given upon registration. If a later date is scheduled for the workshop, you will be given the option to have your payment applied to the make-up workshop or to be refunded.


Store gift certificates cannot be used for workshops.
